Your driver will meet you at Arrivals with a name board at all UK airports if you have requested meet & greet service. You will receive exact instructions of the meeting point in your email confirmation when you make the booking. We use your flight number to track your flight and ensure your driver is waiting for you when you land. We monitor delays and update the time we send your driver in accordingly.
Normally you will receive an SMS message with your driver’s details, including their contact number and the make and model of the vehicle. You will then be able to liaise with the driver so you can meet in a timely fashion.
If the driver is running late they will text you in advance. If you haven’t received this message and want an update on your booking, you can call on 07880 715853.
If you think you have lost an item in one of our vehicles, we will use reasonable efforts to locate the item and, if found, securely store the property for 12 months. You can contact us by sending an email to [email protected] & one of our team will be happy to help. If we are unable to return your property after 12 months, we will securely dispose of the item.
